Shortly after graduating from the University of Illinois, Erica became a software trainer for Upp in 1998. Progressing through the Project Management Office, Erica took on the additional responsibility of Customer Support. Today, as Upp's Software Solutions Director of Development and Support, she is responsible for customer satisfaction concerning the entire suite of IRMS software products. Erica devotes her "free time" to her marriage and raising three sons.
