Training

Training is an integral part of our solution throughout the process. We view training as the critical link of user adoption and system deployment. This is a particularly valuable approach because the greater the level of user adoption, the greater the value of the system. Our goal for the user training sessions is twofold. First, we aim to expertly instruct the users in how to utilize the system. Secondly, we aim to ensure that the users leave the training session not only competent, but eager to use the system.

To achieve maximum end-user system adoption, our train-the-trainer efforts emphasize ease of use and encourage users to work closely with their leads to convey key client priorities to the end users of the system. Our training team provides the complementary strengths to assure that both policy issues and technical details of the system are successfully understood, to provide the foundation for passing the baton from the vendor to the client.
