Educated at Western Illinois University, with a major in Public Health, James went on to earn an MBA from DePaul University. His early financial career with a major computer manufacturer prepared James for a CFO position at Upp in 1989. Today, James wears two hats at Upp: CFO and President of Staffing Solutions. Married 30 years to his high school sweetheart, and the father of three children, James is an avid runner, golfer and Chicago Cubs fan.
