A graduate of the University of Illinois with a degree in Business Administration, Erica joined the Upp Technology Software Division in 1998 as a Software Trainer, was promoted to Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, and in 2004 to the Director of Development and Customer Support. She is directly responsible for all aspects of 24x7x365 Global Customer Support, as well as continuing Quality Assurance and Customer Satisfaction. Erica is married with three sons, and when not chasing around after them, enjoys reading, skiing, theater and travel.
