Jim Laverty

Jim began his career in the Michigan State's Attorney Office, having earned his M.B.A. from Notre Dame University, J.D. from the Thomas Cooley School of Law, and undergraduate degree from St. Ambrose University. He joined Upp Technology in 1997 as an Account Manager, was promoted to Director of Business Development, and in 2006 to the Vice President of Business Development with responsibility for the Commercial and Federal sectors. Jim is also the General Counsel and sits on the Product Development Advisory Committee. Married with three children, he is an avid sports enthusiast.
