A graduate of Luther College in her home state of Iowa, Pam joined the Upp Technology Consulting Division in 1995 as a National Recruiter, was soon promoted to Manager, then Director of Recruiting, and in 2009 to Vice President of the Consulting Division. She is a Certified Personnel Consultant, and directly responsible for all aspects of talent acquisition. Married and a mother of four, Pam is an avid student of history and renaissance art, and a passionate theatergoer.
