By definition Scott Sr. is a true entrepreneur. As a partner in a leading technology services firm, DataBase Consultants, he built a national practice over fifteen years. In 1985 Scott and his wife, Debbie, launched Upp Technology, Inc. For over 25 years, the company has provided consulting and software solutions to a growing client base. Today, with the same original passion, the company maintains its independence, and has the organizational and financial strength to service its clients for years to come. Married for 25 years, father of five, Scott is an avid sports enthusiast and particularly enjoys playing golf, sailing and power boating.
