Pam graduated from Luther College in her home state of Iowa before joining Upp in 1995 as a recruiter, supporting Upp clients as they migrated from mainframe, to client server and web technologies. Today Pam is Vice President of Consulting Solutions, responsible for managing and delivering the best talent in the IT marketplace. Pam is married and a mother of four, an avid student of history and renaissance art, and a passionate theatergoer.
